As the busy holiday season is upon us, it is important to us here at Silk Therapeutics to take the time to give back. It is always an honor and a pleasure when we are able to help those who have ultimately motivated us to create the most clean and effective skincare possible.

This holiday season we were thrilled to add another partner to contribute to. This year our Silk products will be included in the Breast BFFLBag®, a gift bag for breast cancer patients available from our new friends at BFFL Co. The gift bags were distributed free of charge thanks to a local charity, Friends Fighting Breast Cancer, which raises money for breast cancer research and patient support at Massachusetts General Hospital. Our first donation consisted of $17,500 worth of Silk Therapeutics skincare products for women recovering from breast surgery at Mass General.

We are grateful to BFFL Co. and Friends Fighting Breast Cancer for being another partner in helping us fulfill our charitable mission. We would also like to take this time to thank you, our loyal customers. Each purchase you make enables us to realize our charitable goal of providing clean, luxury skincare to oncology patients during a challenging time in their lives. In addition to supplying comfort and care, soothing, non-irritating skincare is essential for women undergoing chemo or radiation. Our co-founder Beck Horan, a cancer survivor, has also taught us that many women insist on healthy, non-toxic beauty products following a cancer diagnosis.
