In my last blog, I mentioned exciting developments on the horizon at Silk Therapeutics. I’m pleased to announce that over the next few months, we will be making changes to some of our product names and descriptions that will make it easier to choose and use them with confidence. As part of this shift, our packaging and labeling will get a beautiful new look as well. Of course, we continue to stand behind the concept of forward thinking beauty, using the power of silk science to deliver maximum results with minimal ingredients.
Be assured that our formulas will remain the same, or be enhanced. You will be able to purchase the same clean, liquid silk products that promote healthy collagen, as well as smoothing and firming the skin, but with better customer guidance.
I am grateful to our loyal customers, who inspired this change by offering invaluable feedback on the experience of being a Silk Therapeutics customer.
Developing a singular, extraordinary customer experience depends upon having best-in-class products (we do), integrity (we do), and world class customer service. My philosophy is that offering unparalleled customer service means listening, not once but always. We listened, and will continue to listen, as Silk Therapeutics grows.
It is with this vision that the Silk Therapeutics team has been working diligently toward the unveiling of our new product branding. We develop everything in our Boston offices and lab, and it takes time to be genuinely responsive, but we are sincerely delighted to offer you an even better understanding of and relationship with Silk Therapeutics through this effort, and will include you in preparations by sharing detailed information about what to expect in our posts over the next several weeks.
Finally, I am also excited to announce that we will introduce a few new products in the coming months that, again, incorporate the feedback of the Silk Therapeutics community.
